Matt Loveall
Pastor

Matt traveled back to Florida to help start Oak River Church in 2010. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of South Florida in Finance, and his Master’s of Divinity from Covenant Theological Seminary. Prior to grad school, Matt worked for KB Home in Tampa. In addition to his role as pastor, Matt enjoys his amazing wife Emily, and three kids Andrew, Molly and Abigail. Whenever he can get outdoors he enjoys kayaking and fishing in the backwaters.

David Winge
Elder
David was born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and moved to Naples when he was in the first grade. He graduated from Gulf Coast High School in 2002. He then attended Johnson and Wales University in Miami, where he graduated with a B.S. in Food Service Management. He met and dated his wife, Diana, throughout high school and college. They got married the year after she finished college, in 2008. David began his career working at the Ritz Carlton Golf Resort, and is currently a Food & Beverage Supervisor. He enjoys spending time with his wife and their family. They recently purchased their first house and they love their big yard, especially for large get togethers. He enjoys working with youth, coaching, cooking and photography.

Stuart Miller
Elder 

Stuart attended Auburn University, College of Architecture, Design and Construction, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Building Science.  He currently works for John R. Wood Realtors. Prior to real estate, he worked for Wilson Miller, acquired by Stantec, assisting public and private organizations navigate through entitlement, permitting and the post permit compliance process. He is currently involved in the Greater Naples Little League, FBNC Sports Outreach, Collier County’s First Historical and Archeological Preservation Board, Bay and Oak River Church, Engineering Ministries International and the Pregnancy Resource Center Board.

Brooks Hall
Elder
Brooks Hall and his family have attended Oak River since 2012. He has been married to his wife, Jennifer, for almost ten years and they have four kids. He is actively involved with Small Group Ministry and Hospitality and Jennifer is a part of the Sunday morning worship team.Brooks moved to Southwest Florida in 1998 to attend Florida Gulf Coast University where he met his wife and has enjoyed living in Southwest Florida for the last 15 years. Brooks has been involved in ministry for years growing up, mainly in Colorado Springs and then living in Uzbekistan and Pakistan.Brooks is excited to be a part of a new, growing church. He is excited to see the family of God growing and seeing where God will lead Oak River in the season ahead and how we can be a part of His vision here in Bonita Springs and around the world.

Matthew Petra

Matt and Kattie PetraMatthew Petra and his family have attended Oak River Church since 2013. He has been married to his wife, Katie, since 2009. At the time of this writing, Katie and Matthew have two sons. He is actively involved with the Men’s Bible Study (i.e. organizer). He also organizes the greeters. Katie is a part of the Sunday morning worship team. She plays the flute.The Petra family moved to Florida in 2012. Before moving to Florida, they lived in the Midwest, specifically Bloomington, Indiana. Matthew and Katie met while they were both students at Indiana University, Bloomington. Before joining Oak River Church, Matthew and Katie were members of another reformed denomination, the Reformed Presbyterian Church of North America. They have been reformed since 2008.

Dan Pinault

Dan Pinault
Dan Pinault and his wife Deb moved to Naples, FL from Spring Park, MN in June 2014.  At the same time their twin daughters were preparing for their first year of college in New York, NY and Bronxville, NY.Dan works as a Senior Pre-Sales Systems Engineer for Information Builders and Deb is a private tutor serving kids of all ages and abilities in the Naples and Bonita Springs area.  Be sure to ask them the story of how God brought them to SWFL and Oak River Church.  It is an encouraging witness to God’s providence!  When they aren’t working or participating in church activities Dan and Deb like to explore the outdoors of Florida both the beaches and inland.

Gary Anderson
Deacon
Gary AndersonGary and Jane met at their 25th HS reunion and they wed two years later. An amazing story! After Gary retired from his career as a wastewater treatment plant operator with the city of Superior, WI, He and Jane shocked themselves and moved full time to Bonita Springs. No more blizzards and below zero temps!Gary appreciates the opportunity to serve the church family and the greater community through Oak River mercy ministries. Jane volunteers as an advocate for the Pregnancy Resource Center. There she is able to use her counseling background to positively reach women who are at a most vulnerable time in their lives.They are both excited about what God has in store for Oak River as the church seeks to bring glory to God.

Stan Richards

Stan & JereeStan and Jeree have been in Southwest Florida for years originating from Chicago.  Stan has served as a deacon for two years and Jeree on the music team.  We are blessed to have them as apart of the Oak River Family.

 

 


Tianja Ortkiese-Comer

TianjaTianja is a native Floridian born in Polk County, Florida.  She enjoys spending time with her family, painting, being outdoors, fishing, gardening, and helping others.  She has been in business management for 20 plus years.Her family moved to Naples from Sebring, Florida in November 2015.  Tianja is very excited to have the opportunity to be apart of Oak River Church and its mission to show God’s grace and love for our community.
